Great time at Caza Hotel!
Positives:
Great games area off the lobby for the family. Handy having snack foods, ready-made meals and drinks etc available for purchase. The location is excellent for being able to walk to the waterfront - Fisherman’s Wharf etc was a short walk.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was the noise of the bathroom extraction fans, which can’t be turned off so made getting to sleep a bit tricky.

The location is great, and the room was comfortable.
The swimming pool was welcoming after a day in the heat.
The atmosphere is friendly and easygoing.
Negatives:
The breakfast service is not great. It is not clear what is included and what's not and it felt like the groups were getting all the attention... thankfully, there are great breakfast places a few meters away!
Also, we were sold a room on an internal courtyard and were given a room on the street where the binmen were the loudest I have ever heard!

Ok but wouldn’t stay there...

The location was very good
Negatives:
The service was very poor. No concierge staff available for local information. Reception Desk staff were doing this role but had no idea on bus locations or ferry services. Pretty much always replied they had no idea. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Cleaning services didn’t return to make up your room if you had a late start.
