Clean, modern, eco friendly. Walking distance to most places. Beautiful lobby. There's always someone at the reception

Shower cabin bit small. It was a small challenge to get the shower gel. I'm petite, but it was as if my arm was too long to pump some shower gel out of the bottle in such a small space. Elevator made sounds that worried me a bit. No storage for luggage after check out. Had to do that across the street. It's good that it was nearby

The walls are not exactly sound proof. And, removing blinds from the windows are not an option as it compromises privacy. I also did not like the shower room.

Positives:
Stylish and modern room in a great city location close to Union Square and the Bart/Subway/Bus public transportation network which is the best way to get around SF. The staff were also very responsive to our request for more towels/pillows.
Negatives:
Just a few minor considerations that would have made the room better:
1) hook next to the shower to hang towels
2) a couple of plastic cups in the room to drink/ rinse mouth when brushing teeth.
Otherwise, we really liked this place.

Fantastic location, just up the street from the BART station. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and modern, the bed was super comfy and the pillows were unreal. Would stay here again in a heart beat, exceeded my expectations
