Loved how quick and easy check in was, how close it was to union square and also the decor and vibe of the property. Staff were friendly and loved the little area next to the lobby where you could make a tea or coffee before heading out. Nice little touch !
Negatives:
Nothing not to like apart from the noise that was happening at the time that couldn’t be helped. There was construction which you could hear from the main floor on the lobby where there was work happening next door to the property

Clean, modern, eco friendly. Walking distance to most places. Beautiful lobby. There's always someone at the reception
Negatives:
Shower cabin bit small. It was a small challenge to get the shower gel. I'm petite, but it was as if my arm was too long to pump some shower gel out of the bottle in such a small space. Elevator made sounds that worried me a bit. No storage for luggage after check out. Had to do that across the street. It's good that it was nearby
