The Hotel Triton is nicely located in the financial district of SF at the gates of Chinatown , proximity with cable car stops and metro stations is really nice . The room was clean and with everything you need for a good price !
Negatives:
Breakfast is really basic and without any proper dedicated area you get it either in one room at the second floor or in the lobby . Small detail we had booked a single king sized bed and we got double beds , no big issues there.

The smoke detector, fire alarm and maybe a carbon monoxide detector was placed directly above the head of the bed-flashing lights ALL NIGHT LONG! The bed is placed so that the bright light shining through the door peephole also shines directly at the eyes

Staff were great, room layout was great. Mostly clean.

The room was above a bar, got loud until 1:30am made it hard to fall asleep. The water when filled in tub had a murky brown apparence to it. Concerning to say the least. The AC seemed dirty and had a smell to it.
