Positives: Super patient receptionist (we had issues with our payment card). Good security feeling (security agents in the hotel entrace 24/7). Basically silent environment, despite the size and some larger children groups in the hotel. Nice equipped "game room" and terasse with several games in good conditions, and several fire places outside.

Negatives: our room view was to the parking lot. didn't really change anything for us, as we went out all day anyhow.

Positives: Very cool vibe. Nice outside area to chill and relax after a day of sightseeing. In the relatively safe tourist area very close to most of the main sightseeing areas. Table tennis, pool table and other games were fun.

Positives: Hotel Zephyr is a nice hotel around the corner from Pier 39 in Fisherman's Wharf area of San Francisco. Room was spacious with ensuite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back again.

Negatives: The room had faulty toilet. Bad experience. Never book from booking.com coz they give u the worst room. They didnt offer a room when there was a problem in fact tried getting the plumber to do it. And the problem persisted and they gave us a room at night after 10pm. No facility service between 10.30pm-7am
