Rooms were clean but very basic. Long way into most distant rooms , an entrance from the parking lot would help

Decent stay. Nothing more.
Positives:
Had a lovely room with a view of Alcatraz and the courtyard, the double double beds were small as was the room but only used it as a base to explore.
The family-friendly facilities are great and the smores on arrival were a lovely touch.
Location is great for exploring fishermans wharf area

Small rooms, small beds, basic bathroom and a lot of noise from the corridor all night (pack ear plugs)

Positives:
Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. A couple of maintenance issues at first. These were fixed immediately. Our room had 2 double beds and there was plenty of space in the room. Decor was Industrial which isn't my taste. Quirky sculpture in Reception is good. Good outdoor space and a firepit to toast free marshmallows.

The room the prices hotel took 2 lots of holding from accounts so over $2000 took at least a few days to sort out
The rooms are very noisy and a long way from lifts no one offered to help with luggage
