Positives:
The staff. Everybody, the receptionist, bell man, coffee server, maintenance person, and housekeeping staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The foods at Pescatore Tratorria were wonderful so were the servers. This hotel is perfectly located in the Fisherman' Wharf area and it was very easy to reach the Piers, crabs, shrimps, and chowder. The cable car turn around was one a block away and gave me super easy access to the downtown area. Naturally, Pier 41 was within a walking distance where we took a ferry to Sausalito. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

The location was great. It was clean.
Negatives:
The bed hurt both my wife's and my back. No counter space in the bathroom. Paying extra for parking was a joke. Couldn't get my car when I wanted it, and they left my car out front for over 45 minutes with keys in it. The valet attendant smelled of weed, when I did get my car.
