I absolutely was disappointed by the fact that there was no proper food available to order in. The marketplace is just like a grab and go place and its not great to have only smoothies and sandwiches for ordering in.
Moreover they didnt inform me when they cancelled my order, I was getting late waiting for breakfast to arrive and only got to know at the last moment. I ended up starving as I had to run for my morning meeting. Absolutely worst experience.

Rooms weren’t very clean, there were no slippers or a robe in the room, no one helped me take my bags up to my room I had to drag them up myself, there were extra hidden charges upon check in that were a surprise to me and I didn’t know of, all in all didn’t love my stay and probably won’t go back.
