Positives:
The hotel lobby and restaurant are the only things I enjoyed. The lobby is joyful and fun but didn't reflect the staff or sleeping experience.
At check in the staff was not the most pleasant. They told me my room was on the main floor. I asked if there was a higher floor available since I feel safer as a woman. They said no and if available I could change the next day.
My room was worse than expected. #153 faces a busy street and the window covering is sheer so car lights, streetlights and pedestrians all night...and it's an off season in the neighborhood.
The night before I left, I dined at the restaurant. The food and experience as delicious. I had ample money on my deposit to pay for the dinner. However, an hour later I received two phone calls and then a notice under my door stating I owed $82.00. I said I don't think that sounds right and will take care if it at check out. At check out the desk person did the calculations, and the hotel owed me $42. This didn't leave a very good impression on e.

Great location, rooms are very nicely decorated and good quality. Free drinks during happy hour and coffee every morning. They have a small gym too. Can’t recommend it enough!
Negatives:
I would say the only thing is the rooms are not very sound proof between the rooms. I could hear all the kids in the hallway and the TV of the room next door but was home late and up early so it wasn’t a problem. But if you’re planning on getting up later, maybe not the place.

Hallways need refurbishing, really stand out vs the main lobby area and rooms. The breakfast situation is a joke, a $50 voucher for a family of four which can only be spent in a VERY overpriced cafe connected to the hotel.
