Positives:
The location was amazing, specially to enjoy Japantown. Lovely region to walk, even at night. The rest of the city is easily reachable by a short bus ride. Staff were helpful to provide things we needed (a pair of scissors, bicycles etc.) and even the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Rooms were great, and the free green tea provided was delicious. The courtesy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was a nice touch.
Negatives:
It was great to have free bikes to use, but they need some maintenance.

Amazing location, great hotel
Positives:
Clean, relaxing, zen... attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Close to transportation and walkable areas.
Negatives:
I asked for a quiet room and was given an adjoining room. Could hear people on the other side of the door. I chose a room facing the patio, which was pretty, but sounds/voices traveled up, but it wasn't a problem except 1 night that people stayed out there late.

It was very clean, modern and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everyone was super nice and it just had an overall friendly vibe. I loved that it has a parking garage and parking was included in our package. We had a beautiful city view room.
Negatives:
The only small thing I didn’t like was the coffee.

I read so many good reviews before booking here and unfortunately it just didn’t live up to the hype for me for the price I paid. I checked in late and they were open 24hours but were unhelpful and didn’t really seem that interested in explaining any thing (I.e., wifi, explain where to get water from (no tea/coffee in room etc). The bathroom was nice but lighting terrible, and the room just felt like it needed a good clean, as did the hallways and lift area.
