Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Please note: The property accepts reservations and will rent rooms and other facilities to people under the age of 18 in cases where either (i) a parent or legal guardian guarantees payment of all charges for rooms, food and beverage, incidentals and damages incurred; or (ii) a person under the age of 18 is legally emancipated and can present documentation at check in showing they are emancipated and can legally contract for services.
