It’s a beautiful hotel.

At the time of checking in, the staff member helping me didn’t really explained all the cost of simple things as parking, or where things were located in the hotel. He quickly charged my credit card I saw a charge for $350. I asked for an extra bed but I didn’t get it until I called in for it. I thought it will be a special experience for my daughter’s 18 birthday. They charge me $78 per day for parking my car. I didn’t know that. I was not what I expected. Then, my daughter left her hydro flask bottle at their lobby I emailed them asking for it they found it. They asked to send a prepaid FedEx label, I did. But they never send me the package. I have emailed them about it and nothing. No response

The friendly staff and the level of cleanliness were both excellent.
Negatives:
The room was clean and in good condition, but needs to be updated, particularly in the bed area. If they replaced the headboard, lamps, and iHome, that would go a long way to helping it look better.
Positives:
The location was great, 10 min walk to the Ferry Building and 5 min to Chinatown. The room was gorgeous with a cool classic look. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was outstanding, they were on top of our needs and offered great recommendations and insights about any question we had.
Negatives:
Very tiny detail, the bathtub was a little slippery; we had to be careful when entering it.
