Positives:
They seem like a property prone to scams. In particular with cards. I had a 10day reservation through booking and upon arrival they claimed they need to copy my card data by hand (not swipe to charge) This puts my data into misuse possibility then and after. Theres a reason why we use third party websites revolut and the other. After my first walk to town I came back in nighttime to sleep only to find my room locked away from me. Imagine that! My room booked on booking with my lugage locked away. I was considering calling the police. They claimed they cant charge the rest of the days. Remembering that their card machine didnt work for ANY of the guests the whole day I was wondering are all the guests locked out. Or is it a manipulation to force whom they can to pay cash.

Hotel and room decor was really cool. Good location to access different areas of San Francisco. Staff were very helpful and friendly

If you are a light sleeper I would maybe consider staying somewhere else. The walls are very thin we could hear everything in the room next to ours and the rubbish truck came last thing at night and first thing in the morning which was very loud right outside our window. Unfortunately the ear plugs did nothing for me so I didn’t get much sleep

I usually do not comment and accept the room offered, but I had a room at the street side which was very noisy with cars racing during the night.
At the opposite side of the street is a huge carpark of which the lights are on day and night with a lot of additional disturbance and noise.
And unfortunately, the door leading to the adjacent room was very thin so that you could hear all that was "happening" there.
Not a nice experience.

The room was comfortable, attractive, and clean. The location was great, close to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars, and with easy access to the BART.
Negatives:
Coffee was provided in the mornings, but without any milk or cream. Seemed like an odd way to cut costs!

Nothing works .When we arrive there were no parking and we revive room without hot water in the shower , then they change to room that the refrigerator didn’t works , without closet and 1 light that didn’t works . At all the hotel was horrible
