We went through all the steps for self check in and successfully received a digital room key. Unfortunately the room key did not work on the room and we had to go back to the lobby and check in at the desk.

Fabulous location, easy access to Union Swuare and the Bay, although up a hill in every direction. Cable cars from outside the hotel made travel easy.

The location is very safe and quiet. From the room window we could see the cable cars crossing the street and a small view over the bay. Beautiful hotel

If you prefer using public transportation either use the cable car (not so cheap) or bus (you need to walk 5min)
