Comfortable room with helpful room service when needed. Great view of Union Square, with good restaurants and many activities nearby. Concierge very knowledgeable and helpful.

The hotel restaurant is closed for renovations. I'm sure it will be great when it is open again, as I've enjoyed it in the past.
