Location is around tenderlion which has a 250% higher crime rate versus rest of USA.
My understanding was that breakfast was included & it was communicated at check-in but it was not. Manager could have given us a complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture

we were on the 14th floor, we upgraded and were very happy with the room . the bed on the left side however was lower than the right side. other than that it was an amazing stay.

The location was good, easy walking to all the attractions. The room decor was nice and modern and it was convenient having coffee machine, hairdryer and safe in the room. The gym had excellent equipment and the internet throughout the hotel was really good.
Negatives:
The room was dusty especially the carpet and pull out sofa bed. The shower pressure wasn't very good and it was difficult to get the shower temperature correct.
