strike on going the whole stay, nothing done to make guest comfortable

room was left unlocked well we were out sight seeing. no staff was near our room, we were travelling with a young child. this was a huge securitiy issue. our belongings are replacable... but feeling unsecure wasn't acceptabe. Mgmt needs to review polices and find out how this happend

The location is great. Close to the train and union sqaure.
Negatives:
Prior to my stay there was an issue with my booking. Which was resolved eventually. But when I called the hotel about it they were so short and rude with me. The room that you see in the photos on booking is so different from what I got. The room was fine. I was just shocked at how different it was.
