Positives: The only redeeming factor was location. The hotel is close to Pier 39 where there are many attractions, and close to buses and street cars.

Negatives: The facilities were run down, the fan/light in our room did not work reliably, the curtains kept opening, the shower did not keep consistent temperature. Housekeeping took all our used towels and did not leave clean ones behind, and the phones were not working - so we had to go downstairs to get towels and toilet paper. This place felt like a dump, we wished we stayed in one of the many nearby hotels. It is also very loud, everyday you could hear loud music from the street.
