Positives: excellent service, comfortable beds, good breakfast, spacious areas to hng out and a nice bar with possibility to eat something as well. on top of all this they had a fast washing machine and dryer for visitors. The hotel is also situated very close to the arena in San José, so if you are here for a hockey game or a consert, this is the perfect place to stay. Parning is situated just beside the hotel in a parking garage.

Negatives: The only thing that didn't work at this hotel was the water machine.
