Our main criteria to select was that this hotel is pet friendly. Facilities are functional and adequate. Staff were helpful in answering any questions we had.

Positives:
Nothing. The room was not clean. The ac unit worked but the face was broken.
Negatives:
The pool/hot tub had been closed down by the County for a reason I don’t even want to know. The lobby and elevator were horribly dirty. And I had to pay a $100 deposit on top of $180 for the room!

The setting of the room was a little awkward the tv was sideways facing the kitchen and the couch was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel room we stayed at was really clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom towels were nice as well. There was nothing major to complain about. Location was great as well (5 minutes from SJ airport)

The front door of the first room we stayed at was broken and wouldn't open (the handle would not turn). We had to go back downstairs to request a room change which the front desk quickly resolved.

The smell of the hallways and cleanliness of the hallways. Rooms were okay but was musky inside had to turn on the ac to make it better.
