After Wednesday, Oct 4th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Not aware this was not just a hotel thats its a shelter and permanent residence. People smoking pot. Also found a joint in our room. Had to change room because it had a sick oder, floor stickie not clean.

Negatives: waiting at the gate for automatic gate to open that was broken and never opened. Homeless people sleeping in their cars in parking lot. grimy rug and walls in building. security guard overnight was no good in fixing a/c or changing room or accepting flowers i brought for front dest.
