I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by multiple instances of inconvenience, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of responsiveness from your staff. To begin, upon my arrival at the hotel, I had to wait at the front desk for an excessive amount of time, approximately 2 hours, before receiving any assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the front desk through phone calls, no one answered. Frustrated, I decided to search the hotel grounds myself and, to my surprise, I found one of your employees socializing at the hotel next door with her friend. Once the employee returned to the front desk, her attitude was extremely disappointing. She displayed a disrespectful and unprofessional demeanor, showing no concern for the inconvenience I had faced. Her dismissive remarks such as "well, it is what it is" and "well, whatever" were not only unhelpful but also reflected a lack of professionalism. Considering the multiple issues I encountered, I strongly believe that I am entitled to compensation for the overall poor treatment and the significant delay in response time. It is unacceptable for guests to endure such inconveniences and disrespectful behavior, especially at a reputed establishment like yours. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future. Additionally, I believe it would be fair to offer compensation in the form, such as a discount on my next stay, refund of a portion of the room. I sincerely hope that you will address my concerns promptly and take the necessary actions to rectify the situation.

Negatives: Our room we rented was available had to switch to smaller room, air conditioners didn?t work. Rooms very hot. Black widow spiders out side of windows so couldn?t leave open. Hallways smelled gross so couldn?t have door propped open to let air in.
