Location was good close to airport and also to the local shopping mall and restaurants, like Valley Fair and Santana Row. Breakfast was decent with typical American fare. Customer service great, people that work at the front desk helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The bed was uncomfortable, extra blanket that was in the closet looked very raggedy and needs to be replaced. The bathtub did not have a non-slip floor so can be hazardous for those with balance issues.

Extremely disappointed, I received a message from the Hotel informing me that I had benefited from an upgrade, but to my surprise when I went to check-in, I was informed that it was no longer available. I was informed at reception that breakfast would be until 10am, but when I arrived at 09:35 I was informed that breakfast would be until 09:00am. Why send an email message informing you of the upgrade and at check-in, it is no longer available? Why was I informed that breakfast would be until 10:00am?

Friendly staff, clean room and conveniently located near the public transportation (VTA) which we happily used at $5 pp round trip to get to Levi Stadium to watch Ed Sheeran. Also the property is next to a food mall with 11 different eateries to select from.
