Positives:
The clerk on that night was quite literally by himself to check people in and run the bar. The restaurant was closed because there was no staff. This was a real issue for a name like Hilton in a city center. But he stayed calm and polite and friendly. I am sure I would not be the same in his position.
Negatives:
The hotel does not have enough parking for rooms. After charging $40 for parking we were advised once we park to either walk or take Uber of we risk having no where to park. Walking was fine for our purposes but it was pouring rain that night. I wish we could have drove.
