We left to go to a game at 3pm and returned at 9pm with notice on door that there would be NO power the next morning from 7am-11am
So we got up and could not shower do our hair or makeup nothing because no lights no hot water nothing we went to the office and they could not check us out nor could we eat breakfast and this is one of the reasons we stayed because we had two small children and were going to eat breakfast at 7am and no power all was dark and they would not accommodate us or compensate us for our stay
We will Never stay again they ruined our stay for us and we should have been refunded

I did not like that they charged me a early check in fee, and then pretty much kicked us out at 7am due to them shutting off the power the day of check out 9/10/24. They could have informed us the day of check in that there was going to be issues at the property and I would have booked a room elsewhere. I was planning on staying until check out since my flight was at 1pm and I had to leave at 7am due to no power. Was such an inconvenience, had to wait 5 to 6 hours at the airport and could not sleep in like I was planning to. I was there for the 49ers Monday Night game and when we got back to the place there was signs on room doors that the power was going to be shut between 7am to 11am, when they could of told us this at check in and stayed somewhere else. We got back at 10:30 pm so there was no option but to stay and wake up early and leave. They should give all the people that booked on Monday a refund.
