I liked the corner room

When I tried to check in for my reservation, the receptionist checked me in for one night in a one bedroom. I went back to the office and told them that it was wrong and needed a double bed room, and it was supposed to be for a few days. They made me upgrade to the double room and pay a difference. I was told to come back in the morning. I did that, and they tried to charge me for the extra nights double of what I booked, and I said I'm not paying that amount.....charge me the difference of the reservation. I paid that and was done. At night, random people that don't stay there would pull up and get ice from the machine. Couples were arguing and fighting. It was too much.

Like the room assigned was amongst the poorer locations , despite the motel not being heavily booked. For the price paid, I did not have high expectations, but the experience nevertheless left me a bit disappointed.

Easy check in and out, easy access to freeway

Bathroom door broken and would not close, shower valve handle broken and had to fight to close it otherwise it would stay dripping, after getting settled in the room called the front desk for extra pillows since I had back problems, was told no pillows were available at that time to call back after midnight when the next shift personal would arrive, so between no pillows and the mattress being flat and hard couldn't sleep much and was in pain
