They allowed us to arrive and start checking in just to casually tell us the rooms they had left had no hot water and no knowledge of when it would be fixed. For a 3 night stay that's unacceptable; couple that with telling the man ahead of us they had room availability and it would be okay to book online with a booking site with nonrefundable policy, also without mentioning the lack of hot water. They then canceled my booking, gave me booking.com customer service number and proceeded to refuse to respond to phone calls or emails from booking.com to get my refund for the room. I am now forced to file a fraudulent charge case. Besides this major issue the area is straight up ghetto with homeless living around the location and piles of trash all over the roads. The area didn't feel like a place my car would be safe in an open parking lot, let alone overnight without a security attendant. The office was dirty with a floor that appears to have not been cleaned in over a week, hair and dirt in all corners and dead bugs laying around. Ants crawling all over the vending and ice machine. It's hard to see how much this place has gone to shit, I stayed at this location under motel 6 just 4 years ago and had no issues.

The were bugs at the pool crawling around the edge extremely creepy. Also I found a bug in my room and I couldn't sleep .. also once of the staff members, a young boy hit my car with a laundry cart while he was playing with it by riding it.

There was no hot water so I couldn’t take a shower or clean myself. The hotel’s boiler had been broken for two weeks according to the checkin clerk. However, I was not informed this when my room was booked. Either your hotel didn’t report this to the 3rd party Booking.com company or they don’t track these things. Either way, the stay was extremely uncomfortable.
