Booked room and was told system was down , didn't get a refund and had to sleep in my car in the parking lot will never use this site or stay at that hotel again, and never got a refund, must be nice to take people's hard earned money and have no repercussions

Location, local area grounds outside well taken car of, clean .
Negatives:
Hall ways smell musty/moldy. Sofa had a large stain, and was not level to sit on. Kitchen Microwave did not work so a second one was on the counter top. taking up use able work space. no chairs to sit on in the main area, had to us kithcen table chairs. not all that comfortable.
