The room was very nice and clean newly renovated.
Negatives:
There were RVs parked on the street in front of the office. Due to the renovations lots was closed like the gym and pool. There area was pretty sketchy especially at night, so I could see why families with their kids.
While we were out on Saturday some came into my room and stole my jewelry case. When I checked out and reported the incident the clerk asked if we shut the door & that housekeeping wasn’t scheduled to go in either. He said he would report to the manager. I don’t even care about the jewelry there wasn’t really anything of value; it’s more about the violation and because of this one bad person I will not stay at that location again. I may even be apprehensive to stay at Sonesta altogether.

1. No breakfast as advertised. Kitchen closed.
(The yogurt was leave off all day)
2. DIRTY utensils & NO HEAT in room.
3. The business center closed. No PRINT.
4.. Pool closed “Maintenance” entire stay.
5.. No laundry… was told facilities closed.
6.. No housekeeping or bedding for sofa bed.
7.. The staff were extremely rude!!

Unfortunately, we did not have access to the breakfast area because it was under construction and not available for the days we had booked at the hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed due to the construction and also the laundry facilities were closed too. The internet in our room had no internet connection and the heater in the room needed to be serviced while we were in the room and had to wait until the maintenance worker replaced the filter in the bedroom. The circuit breaker in one of the bedrooms faulted and we were left without power in the room the remainder of the stay .
Negatives:
I think a compensation should be giving to me and my family for all of the problems we encountered at the hotel as we didn't receive any notifications related to the misinformation about the construction at the facility and the breakfast we were looking forward too when we reserved and booked the stay here.

There was loose deck boards along the stairwells which I fell on and did an incedent report for it, there was no hot breakfast like we were told, the pool light was broke and kids couldn't be in pool long, there was loose sidewalk, the bagged cold breakfast had an expired yogurt, the stairs are unsafe, there was a homeless encampment in back of the hotel by our room, one of the families we came with found underwear in their pull out couch, thankfully they got a new room, I could keep going
