Positives:
The facilities were clean, (except for the hairs embedded in my pillowcase.) I don't recommend -- even if it 'looks nice' there is no customer care.

There is NO onsite staff at night. It is a virtual remote assistant checking you in from Bogota, Columbia. From a safety standpoint as a single female traveler, this is unacceptable. I had an issue with my room and no one there to help. Did not sleep.

The sofa bed was extremely dirty. I couldn't let my 6 year old sleep on it. There was blood stains, other bodily fluids, as well as pubic hairs. There was no staff on the property. I was not aware this was a virtual hotel (limited staff).

It was remodeled but in the cheapest way. The bed and sheets were cheap and uncomfortable. The tele check in was annoying. The person doing the check in was not understandable. Crap neighborhood. It's not a hotel. It's a motel

Loved the overall appearance/vibe, staff very nice, rooms were great especially for the price.
Negatives:
It took a bit to get used to having to call a number (w/my cell) to reach staff for anything, and also having no staff on sight most of the day/night. Getting fresh towels took over 12 hrs and 3 phone calls. But staff was very nice.

I liked how the room had a blue light on the ceiling and the jacuzzi tub was excellent.

No breakfast or much staff around

First, they booked me 3 times. When I contacted them via email, they sent back that they corrected and was happy to help. I called them and re booked the room. They not only had my first name under "open" and my name is Stephanie. They canceled my room with no notice. I called on the day of departure, and even though it was thier error, they said they did not do same day booking. There is no destination clerk, everything done by key code. Thay made no attempt to fix thier own errors. Very cold a callous place.
