Hotel Calle Joaquin

Negatives: There was no curtain in the shower. When we wanted to check out there was no one in the reception for at least 15 minutes. So we stayed in the area for some shopping and checked out later on. It caused us a little delay. The receptionist told us afterwards that we could just leave without checking out...

Negatives: Not really welcomed. The bed squeaked. The coffee machine produced scum. Fridge put water over fridge contents.

Negatives: I am by no means a licensed contractor, but i have done a lot of home repairs and i can say that like many have said, the out door needs a serious face lift, and a bit more attention to detail. as some have said the toilet is oddly set. it sits at an angle. the hallways looked remodled, but the carpet, especially on the stars needs replacing. the shower curtain rod fell down when my wife was entering the shower. the toilet paper holder was loose. there where 2 sinks and the were extremely small which made it hard to place toiletries on them. the sinks we not level so when you got water on them it would run onto the floor. it was a bit noisy but not to bad after 10pm. a family brought a grill with them and decided to grill right below us which of course Cases some smoke to come into our room. we had to get our room key remade 3 times. it was very difficult at times to even get into the building and the room with out alot of fidget with the key. the second one night at about 3am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. The next day we asked what happen and they said they had no idea what caused it to go off. There just seemed to be a lot of little things that made this a weird stay. if they put a little more effort intobtheir property would have made the stay better. I had a very nice garment bag stollen. I booked this room for my wifes birthday and I was very disappointed with this room. the hotel, which should be listed as a motel had a ghetto vibe to it. I apologized to my wife for where I booked this room, but she reassured me that all was good. she told me that we got to spend time together on her birthday and that was all that mattered. this hotel is good for one night stay over if you are heading up to Montory and beyond. but i would not recommend it for a long stay.

Negatives: I feel they could update the inside and outside of the lobby.

Negatives: Honestly, it feels like a sx hotel. Wasn't able to sleep comfortable because the beds were so squicky, you turned around and made so much noise. Needs mattress upgrades.

Negatives: The property was nasty. Hairs in the sheets and stains in the sheets and infested with spiders. The rooms smelt musty, like mildew. The toilet seat was loose and that almost ended badly. We requested a refund after they showed us another room and there were bug eggs on the headboard, however they refused to give even a partial refund. We did not stay here out of fear that those bugs were bed bugs. The manager Alex, was rude and lied about looking into anything or calling me back to let me know what the outcome would be about the refund. I had to call him to get an answer. The place is gross and the location is not great. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Negatives: Our fridge did not have any racks to put stuff on. Our shower did not have a shower curtain. The landscape did not have any appeal. It use to have pretty roses everywhere. So baron looking now! No elevator. The jacuzzi was Luke warm. Ugh!

Negatives: our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators. soup, and shampoo provided but no conditioner.
