Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Negatives:
All the noise with construction, fridge was leaking water had to cover floor with towels when reported no one came to check. Was told pool heated and it was not. Area of pool very dirty. Complementary breakfast was bad. Breads had mold, milk was spoiled, next few days no eggs. Dog next door was barking all day and night. There should be a seperate building for pets.

Not sure this is a didn't like, but a good have been better. There were no grab bars in the shower. The weather stripping under the entry door was missing. We had only decaf coffee. The lack of sound protection from units above and next to seemed to be a concern. We understand you are under renovation, but hope these things will be attended to.

The location is great! Easy access to downtown and Cal Poly. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
They were doing a lot of remodeling and updating in the rooms, which translated to very limited parking and some construction noise. The refrigerator in the room was really loud.

The hotel was undergoing a remodel - it would have been nice to know that when booking. That aside, our room was dirty - hair on the floor, dirt in the corners, grit on the floor. Yuck. No soap dish or tissues. Bad room lighting. A very sad breakfast - just not even worth it.

Tv didnt work. No hot water half the time and had to ask for space heater because wall heater wasnt working correctly. O yeah and couldnt call front desk from the room as the cord was missing from the phone head set to the cradle.

Small inconveniences- no trash cans in the room, to running low and no extra roll supplied, electrical outlet problems, weird bathroom mirror, etc. Little things that can measure up. Not suitable for a romantic getaway but good enough to last your head.

The property was under construction (very much needed) the tv didnt work (long story) never offered to change us to another room! Manager was rude. We were then introduced to the main manager and he asked us what would make us happy, so I said two days of a refund. He guaranteed us it would be done and even gave us his phone number. When it didnt show up after a few days, I texted him again ( twice) with no response. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Also the sitting area for eating breakfast was never cleaned the whole time we were there
