Location and the staff friendliness and helpfulness. Hotel is a little dated, needs a good cleaning. Lamp bulb needed replacement and hair dryer in bathroom not working. Would have appreciated disposable cups in bathroom.

Amanda at the front desk was very helpful as there was a gllith with my reservation thru booking. Com .she gave me the number n all was resolved. She is great at her job. Thanks Amanda.

The beds in the room were so comfortable i knocked out. The house keeping staff was good too. The property was near the freeway so ir was easy to go to San Diego n return. The only negative was where the dog area had no gras it was full of stickers that got on my dogs fur. Fortunately we went across the street where there was artificial turf that served my dogs purpose.
