Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. - The first room I stayed in the heather was not working so i had to move again
- a lot of things are to be paid for as extras (high speed wifi, kitcken items, etc.)

The room was clean and comfortable, however, there was no shampoo or in room coffee available. No ink pen or paper. The only way I could communicate with the front desk was with my own cellphone. The room phone was working. Handicap or not, safety bars should be installed in the shower.
Negatives:
The room was mostly quiet. However, I requested a first floor room because I am handicapped. The front clerk did move things around to accommodate me. I was there for medical reasons.

Pro: Very clean facility both the grounds and the room itself. James who helped me at the front desk was kind and professional and changed my room when it was discovered someone had smoked in it.
Negatives:
Con: The noise from 92 is awful and constant. The room itself was stripped down bare bones, not even a coffee machine. Two guys came out every 45 minutes to vape and yell until 12:15 am. The fire alarm which consists of a loud alarm and strobe in the room went off twice 3:00 am (someone smoking in their room). Can't figure out the reviews being so good which is why I stayed here. Never again!
