Deceptive practice of renting the one-bedroom suites which are all against wall bank of elevators. All night long, it sounded like a garbage truck was passing usthe elevators rumbled the room. Seriously!!
**** Important to realize the Hilton hotel management WARNS YOU when you CHECK-IN that the elevator noise exists.
I asked for another room at that time, but they claimed to be sold out. We got little sleep that night. I went downstairs at 8:00am trying to secure a different room.
We were assigned a different suite and wasted the morning re-packing our things and moving to another room. That room was next to the ice maker, warned the staff. I commented that Id never stayed anywhere where you have to choose from 2 poor choices.
More money for a unacceptable room. The Manager said, well, we notified you when you checked-in about the noise. But you had NO notice when booking!! I would never have rented that room. They PURPOSELY DECEIVED US! Frauds. Criminal to dupe customers like this.
Manager also noted that I was being nice about it; that other customers swear and yell at him.
Furniture was shabby and mismatched. You couldnt sit on uncomfortable couch it was so inferior.

Location was great. Can walk to a large variety of restaurants and stores within 8 minutes. Beds very comfortable. Lobby has a nice little bar for a quick nightcap

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus. Near to food places, Costco and Target.

This hotel is in a great location! It's close to many different restaurants, stores, and isn't too busy. I loved that the parking was free!
