Mostly everything was good had to change rooms early in my stay to be closer to my elderly parents and the staff was helpful in doing so.
Negatives:
The key situation was horrible on this trip. elevators, room, and parking I was having issues all week, and the same with my parents. Not sure what the issue was but when I switched rooms my room key never worked from my phone again. It worked everywhere else but not to my room. I also had a bug or a beetle that was on the curtains and had to kill it. My wife was complaining about it for the rest of the trip. Just an added stress on top of a stressful week.

The hotel was beautiful and clean and who checked me in was very kind. I asked if there was a parking fee and he saidyes, $27/day. I asked if that was something they could comp expecting a no but he kindly said he would comp it this one time:)
Negatives:
Check-out/Ms N refused to honor parking comp w/o cking w/person 1st but he wasnt working so shed call me back(she didnt). BOTHERED me. Insinuates she didnt believe me. Left w/burden of worry instead of just notating & comping me & leaving w/positiv
