Superb
Positives:
The location is very close to Santa Clara Convention Center. It is walking distance for 4 minutes. The staff in the restaurant is very accommodating & pleasant.
Negatives:
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights & the breakfast is all the same. No variety. I wish the menu was at least changed every other day. There's not many choices either. The front desk staff lack courteousness. They just look but don't even greet or smile.

Pool area was so dirty never cleaned the 2 days we were there , my son eyes got infected from the Jacuzzi so dirty! Front desk staff were not nice will not be returning!! Food was so over priced

What I liked about it was 24 hour fitness and how clean the room and the facility it’s self
Negatives:
I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking daily and there was no microwave in the room the room are not as spacious as I thought they be compared to other places we’ve stayed paying for our breakfast per person the sofa bed was so uncomfortable not enough padding very small pool and small hot tub couldn’t enjoy it
