Positives: The location only
Negatives: All of the changes in “policy”. Charging $25/day for parking for guests with 1 vehicle is ridiculous. My booking came with free breakfast for the 4 guests in our room and the hotel told us I’m the rate was only good for 3 people. Even though all 4 guest names were on the reservation when we booked the room. The beds absolutely suck. You need to invest in new mattresses. Those things are at least 10 years old and sag so badly. The staff tried to lie and tell me the parking fee has “always” been that way when we’ve stayed multiple times and had never been charged. And no - there wasn’t a special event happening. All in all - I will most likely never stay there again.

Positives: Friendly front desk staff. Liked having clean towels by the pool. Room was cleaned well
Negatives: Not enough conditioner in the bottle for one hair wash. 3 towel sets for 4 guests? Breakfast was over priced. Dinner was also overpriced. Salad was a bag of greens from Walmart with a few tomato’s and radishes ugh. Grandson did like burger though.

Positives: The beds and convenient location for hotel the hot tub was so rough it cut my knee and made me bleed the bath was disgusting nobody cleaned it in our bathroom .
Negatives: Overcharged inconvenience for random holds I was told about one $50 hold I got a $50 hold and a $75 on top of that and a $25 parking fee . Never got reimbursed for the last $50 hold .
