We always stay at Hyatt for Dance Conventions because it’s convenient.

Our hot water wasn’t working in our room. It would go cold and then hot so it made it difficult to shower.

Very friendly service and clean, spacious rooms. The staff for the hotel and restaurants were all very gracious and helpful.
Negatives:
The restaurant quality was good but not great and they didn't offer everything on their printed menu. The website menu was completely out of date and we had partly chosen this location on some of those menu items being available for our daughter. Prices were high vs quality.
Also, the advertised market in the lobby was only open occasionally and the hotel staff couldn't predict the market hours except to say when they opened each morning. Other than that, one never knew when it would be open or closed. This was inconvenient to say the least.
