Big and clean room and bathroom. The comfortable bed. We get the baby crib what made our stay more comfortable. On the breakfast was plenty to choose from.

The pillows were terrible, the parking was expensive and there was minimal items in the room. My husband said it reminded him of a college dorm room.

Convenient location. Close to pier and station.
Negatives:
Coffee machine did not function and replaced , eventually, by another machine that did not work. In this case the non functioning was obvious even to a 5 year old child as there was no holder for the coffee! Additionally the most expensive and least efficient laundry i have come across. It takes at least 3 cycles to dry the clothes. The wash and dry cycles are pretty similar so with only 2 washers and 2 dryers you can imagine the chaos when you are trying to dry your clothes. Join the queue! And then the laundry is open 24 hours but its impossible to find 16$ in quarters at the reception.
Breakfast is pretty good if you can find a table. An hotel of that size really ought to have a bigger breakfast area

Nothing , avoid this place
Negatives:
A sea of homeless people outside , our children watched people take serious drugs through our room window we had to move rooms . Dirt everywhere , room floors so dirty you can stick to them , hot tub so dirty our swim suits had yellow slime on them . Breakfast was terrible everything out of stock , single use plastic forks and paper plates given every day , avoid at all cost .
