I tried to change the check in and check out date but nobody could help me. They placed me on the third floor but the room above me was making too much noise. I did tell the front desk but they did nothing ! I will not stay there anymore.
Positives:
It was close to the beach and pier. The bedroom was comfortable to sleep in.
Negatives:
We felt that the breakfast area was very environmentally unfriendly in still using plastic plates and cutlery wrapped in plastic. The bins were overflowing with the plates and breakfast meals. The waffles machine was out of order the whole of our 5 night stay which was very disappointing. There was not enough choice of fruit and yogurt. There should be more variety in hot breakfast. The shampoo and conditioner was not filled up when the rooms were cleaned so had empty shampoos for most mornings. We felt that there could have some sofas to chill out on after busy days out and not have to go straight to room.

Close proximity to the train line which worked perfectly for transportation within the Los Angeles tourist spots.
Negatives:
Was woken up twice in the morning to loud banging due to labor disputes.
Overall, the room we were assigned picked up loud traffic noise.
