Negatives: Location with all the homeless people around the hotel. We didnt have hot water the first night We where charged twice even though I payed through booking. Manager charged me a second time without our consent Managers where rued and unhelpful

Positives: Modern rooms with great size bathroom & walk in shower. Close to convenience stores & some good cafes. V good staff. V clean. Coffee & tea in foyer 24/7. Keyed front entry. Basic breakfast but enough.
Negatives: The floors were not carpeted so we could hear EVERY footstep of people in the room above us, until after 11:00pm most nights. Staff were demonstrating on our last day & came into the valet parking area. Very, very intrusive & so noisy to be deafening.
