Negatives: This hotel should be completely refurbished. Its is old and out of date. Maintenance is poor. However, rates are very high... Something is wrong in the equation here. In addition, there is a completely inefficient and horrendously expensive valet service charging you $60 / night to park your vehicle. When you have already paid $ 400 / night + taxes that becomes quite a joke. Especially, when you will save time by parking your car yourself as the garage is only 20 m away from the reception and you need to wait 10 to 20 minutes before you get the car...

Negatives: By the end the experience was just terrible. I hope that someone of high management will see this complaint. We had a booking for 3 persons, which was made under one name. On the last evening of stay, my friend gave her room card to me so i went to bed earlier. So, upon arrival to hotel she has requested on the desk for an additional card, so she can enter the room. And she was refused. As she was explained, there were no her name on this booking. It was quite strange to hear, as long as upon check-in nobody had mentioned such rules, no one has requested all 3 guests passport details and just gave the cards for all guests right away. So we were sure that everything is settled. But even though, she totally could proof that she was staying at this room before by providing other guests names and booking number, the receptionist could call to the room and double check the situation. It was obvious that she is not a stranger. But nobody wanted to listen and at least tried to resolve this issue. And SHE WAS TOLD TO SPEND A NIGHT ON A COUCH AT THE LOBBY! At a 4 star hotel. And all the staff were completely ok with it – that a hotel’s guest had to spend a night like this. And more than that, in the morning when we have tried to make a complaint on this and talk to the supervisor, the manager Viviana Reynoso has surprised even more. As it seemed, it was totally ok for her to let a guest of hotel to spend a night on a couch in a lobby. She was mean and rude, totally refused all our arguments and was trying to prove us that they did everything right and totally didn't care how uncomfortable, embarrassed and ashamed it was for our friend. Big shame on hotel for such unprofessional behaviour of their stuff.

Negatives: The toilet was leaking when I got to the room they gave me a new room charge me 200 For my incidentals gave me back 70 dls there is hush hours that they tried to kick me out the room which the balcony is open and I didn’t know I couldn’t sit and talk on the phone with my family and show the view there is ways to go off and this place AINT IT ! Valley was wonderful such good people !

Negatives: Rooms had multiple issues and had to change. Aircon failures. No working room phone to contact reception. Dark rooms/poor lighting (avoid back rooms in cabana) The Big issue was that they significantly overcharged my credit card by thousands of dollars. Customer service to rectify the issue was slow and had little care. The room rate/brand did not match expectations.

Negatives: Nothing negative to report, had a lovely stay
