Location to the pier and 3rd Street Promenade; Bartender George and the restaurant were great; Front desk/concierge guy was exceptional; decor was lovely; beds/linens super comfortable.
Negatives:
All was great. We were on the park side and the traffic was loud at times, but nothing bad enough that we’d complain or not stay again.

Perfect location, friendly staff & clean rooms.
Negatives:
For the price of the hotel stay, I feel that $65 a day for parking was too steep~ considering they were charging $30 per day for “public parking”
On top of that parking fee was a parking tax per day that was $6.50 …..we paid $357.50 for 5 days worth of parking!!! Other than that it was a great place

Great place to stay in Santa Monica, right in front of the pier, the facilities are new and comfortable, staff was nice, with small exceptions for restaurant staff, but overall very positive experience.
It’s a bit pricey, but you pay for the comfort, location and convenience. Would definitely stay again if I get a chance.
