Between Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location was close to everything we needed

Negatives: The elevator was out which we weren't told until check in. I have a bad knee so a room on the 2nd floor was a pain. Our first room the shower did not work, and there was no stopper to use the tub. I called the front desk and they had us move rooms to where the shower worked, but still no plug for the tub. And the phone didn't work in the second room

Negatives: It wasn't until after I arrived that was I told about the elevator(s) not in service (sounds like it's been a while) AND I was going to be booked on the third floor (which isn't initially a problem, except I was not prepared to be climbing the stairs to the third floor with all my stuff) The interior of the whole facility seemed depressing & rundown.
