Between Monday, Dec 30th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The hotel room was clean, roomy, and contained a kitchenette. As I was doing several daytrips over the course of my stay, having the ability to meal prep, and store those meals was very helpful.

Negatives: As a petite person, I was unable to reach the microwave and the majority of the cupboards. The amenities are not in the room when you arrive. The coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, etc. are kept in the office. Carrying them upstairs was cumbersome.

Negatives: The location is near nothing except a poor neighborhood. Homeless stay at this hotel and it shows. Its a non smoking place but everyone is smoking even the housekeeping staff can be seen with cigarettes as the push their carts to the elevator. Dirty

Positives: I left a cabinet full of brand new food called the hotel a couple of hours later and they said they threw it all away.. I dont believe that and they had my phone number and could have just called me.

Negatives: I booked a room with booking on September 30th. When I checked in at night, I was told by the front desk that the room was fully occupied and that I could not arrange check-in. I was asked to ask booking for a refund. Booking's reply asked the hotel to cancel the check-in certificate or email reply stating that the hotel refused to provide it. The hotel has not responded to the information on booking, please do not check in
