Positives: That I at least had a bed to sleep in
Negatives: The man that checked me was very rude. And later on in the evening, argued with me as to which room I was staying in. The carpets and halls were disgustingly dirty. There was no.phibe in the room to call the front desk when, at 2:00AM, there were children running and screaming in the hallway. To top all this off, my eight year old granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal. I called the location six times in a row, to see if it was there, and they didn't answer. Then, the corporate off called three additional times, again with no answer.

Positives: The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean
Negatives: Remodeling made it quite chaotic and noisy at night. Breakfast was terrible because coffee was cold and no eggs left until they made more. No one supervising that aerea. Hope they remove the hall rug as it was dirty.

Negatives: A terrible and traumatic experience at this hotel. Please read this, even though it’s long. I was there for one night… During checking out, I was told that I was charged (when they ran my card at check in) $100 for “damaged bedsheets and comforter”. I was confused, because no maids or staff had been to my room during my stay. My room didn’t even have a comforter on the bed (just sheets). The man at the front desk (named Munniss) was not being receptive to my clear confusion about the charge. He told me that I could call on Friday to discuss the transaction with the lady (named Erica) who checked me in. Wanting this to be resolved sooner, I told the front desk man that he could go check my room and see that I didn’t do any damaging. When he came back, he walked into the maid’s room across the hall and held up a comforter with a large, circular red stain (I really think it was BLOOD). He pointed at it and insinuated, “you did this”. I was truly disgusted and the image of him with that nasty sheet is burned into my mind. After seeing that comforter, I just wanted to leave. The very callous front desk man told me I could wait to talk to his manager (her name was Suni). She was equally callous. I asked for the corporate number to file a dispute (and I did). Overall, there is nothing quality about this inn. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else.

Negatives: The noise. I was put in area of the hotel where they were doing renovations and there was lots of noise and a strong chemical smell. And my room was infested with ants. There was NO food in my room, and it was still bad!

Negatives: Ii made my reservation a few weeks ago and wanted a king accessible room. When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms for me. I finally got a room that was king but not accessible so I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't get in the tub Front desk man was not friendly at all I was tired and had been on the road for some time.
