Yes, the wi-fi was pretty much non existent I was given all kinds of reasons but mostly it was my fault. This is not true though because at 3 Am I got on for about 10 minutes so if it was my setting how would that have happened on my IPad.

The location was close to heavenly village shops and food. Everythinh with in walking distances as well as by the state line Nevada and Casinon resorts. Ski and tubbing very close. Best part was the 2 large hot tubs at differnt levels.

There were multiple bugs found in the bed. When I went to ask for new sheets they didnt have any clean sheets. I asked for new blankets and they gave rough hospital style blankets in place of the downfeather blanket in the room where bugs were on.

Yes the drains were clogged and we didnt have any towels the floor wasnt vacuumed and it stunk

Location, close to casino, beach and restaurants. Room was a decent size with a large TV.

I told maintenance personally that the handle on my front door was loose and kind of broken. He said he'd fix it but never returned to my 4-day stay. If you're on the bottom floor as I was I'm sure you're going to hear your neighbors constantly walking above you, not to mention hearing their conversations. The heater in the room was extremely loud and unfortunately I had to run it because it was 20 at night.

We always stay here and its going downhill now the balcony has no night light , the railings are messed up , ac works on and off and kids yelling at pool at 10 pm
