Property is old and worn. The fresh paint does little to hide the cracked drywall and dirty, old baseboards. Price was good, though.

I had a terrible experience trying to get a good night's rest. The first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking all night, and the next night, a baby cried all morning. It didn’t help that the door in the room didn’t fit the frame properly, letting in light from the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep. The ceiling fan had a big hole in it, and there was no housekeeping available. Overall, the place was overpriced for the poor conditions.

Breakfast was lackluster. Room had items left by past occupant..(eww). Beach is "dog tolerant" NOT dog friendly (it's also a pay to go, though you get a good discount, but it is not "included"). Overall decent value.
