Close to the lake and...
Positives:
Walking distance to everything.
Negatives:
but did not like dirty carpet, that it didn't have a safe to put valuables, no closet, also that front desk doesn't give out the ticket upon check in to be able to enter the beach 2 blocks down so we didn't have to get turned down when we went to see the sunset by the lake etc. Or that you have to request to get room cleaned or they go, I think they said after the 3rd day....

Location was great. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, which they came and cleaned. There were open pipes in the walls with old shampoo bottles dangling and a clump of someone's hair. No mirror in the bathroom. No outlets in the bathroom. The breakfast setup was a bottleneck of a crowd of people stuck in the middle of the entranceway. Just weird with no flow. Parking was a nightmare if you could get a spot. They were so close together my friend couldn't open the door and had to climb out of the hatchback.
